INTRODUCTION

Background

          Development of Information Systems are increasingly developing Information                                  System so that it is not uncommon longer owned any small company or large                                     company. But here I will make an enterprise information system, although all                                        systems have the information but others do not.

          Information System that I want to make the Geographic Information Systems at the      University Hospital of North Sumatra Web-Based.

Problem formulation

• Designing Geographic Information System At the University Hospital of North Sumatra Web-Based. 
• Facilitate the search for the location of hospital patients

Purpose

•  For Hospital Staff
  In order not to disrupt the activities of employees working in a hospital room to answer questions
• For the Guests / Visitors Hospital
  So that visitors do not ask again with hospital staff

   Benefit 
    In order for visitors to the hospital floor plan easy to find another hospital without asking the hospital staff. 

 Limitations
The system is just around the University Hospital of North Sumatra and in this system there is only a site plan search system of patients who are in hospital.
